A case has been filed against CPN-UML leader Ain Mahar.
The District Government Attorney’s Office, Kathmandu, filed a case against Mahar under cybercrime laws at the Kathmandu District Court on Monday.
After Mahar appears in court, a hearing will be conducted to determine whether he should be detained, or released on bail or recognizance.

After recording his statement, Mahar was released on recognizance.
