The Janata Samajwadi Party Nepal (JSP Nepal), led by Upendra Yadav, has expelled Pramila Kumari Singh, the central vice-chair of the Socialist Women's Union, from the party.
Singh was also a central member of the party.
"It has been found that Pramila Kkumari Singh, then central member of the party and central vice-chair of the Socialist Women's Union, acted against the party's statute, policies, and principles. Therefore, she has been expelled from the party, effective immediately, and will no longer remain even an ordinary member," stated a press release issued by Peshal Dhakal, secretary of the JSP Nepal central office.
