818 test positive Sunday

A total of 818 persons tested positive for COVID-19 on Sunday.

Health Ministry Spokesperson Dr Jageshwore Gautam said during the daily press briefing that the total number of cases now has increased to 31,935. Similarly, 281 persons have recovered in the past 24 hours taking the total to 18,619.

The government has conducted 8,026 PCR tests in the past 24 hours taking the total number of tests to 600,444 across the country until now.

Three more COVID-19 deaths were reported in the past 24 hours taking the total death toll in Nepal to 149.
