378 test positive Saturday

A total number of 378 persons tested positive for COVID-19 on Saturday.

Health Ministry Spokesperson Dr Jageshwore Gautam said during the daily press briefing that the total number of cases now has increased to 22,592. Similarly, 499 persons have recovered in the past 24 hours taking the total to 16,313.

The government has conducted 7,788 PCR tests in the past 24 hours to take the total number of tests across the country until now 435,289.

A total of 73 persons have succumbed to the virus until now.
