Two more test positive

Kathmandu, May 1

Two more persons have tested positive for COVID-19 on Friday taking the total number of infected persons to 59.

The two new infections have been confirmed in Banke and Rupandehi districts, according to the Health Ministry. Both of them are men with that in Rupandehi a 25-year-old youth and the other in Nepalgunj a 60-year-old.

Health of both the men is normal and the both are under observation of health professionals, according to the ministry.

These are the first cases in Province 5 with Karnali now remaining the only province with no infection.
