Three more persons have tested positive for COVID-19 on Wednesday taking the total number of infected persons in Nepal to 45.
Two persons have tested positive in the BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences (BPKIHS), Dharan, according to the Health Ministry.
Test at the National Public Health Laboratory in Kathmandu similarly showed a 55-year-old woman of Bhulke, Udayapur has been infected, according to Chief of the District Public Health Office, Udayapur Dr Mohan Subedi.
He said the woman's husband has already tested positive and is being treated in Biratnagar. She will also be sent to Biratnagar for treatment.
