Second test of 19-year-old girl from Baglung also comes positive

Kathmandu, April 3

The 19-year-old girl of Kundule, Baglung has tested positive even in second test for COVID-19.

A family source told Setopati that the Dhaulagiri Zonal Hospital told the family Thursday night that her second test also turned positive. She had first tested positive on Saturday.

This will now extend her hospital stay.

She had arrived from Belgium via Qatar on March 17. Seven of her family members were also tested but all the reports have all come negative.

A 65-year-old woman, who had also arrived from Belgium in the same flight, also tested positive on Thursday. The woman, the girl's grandmother in relation, has also been admitted at the same hospital.

The health of both of them is normal, according to the hospital.
