The three persons who died in Patan and Bir hospitals on Monday have all tested negative for COVID-19.
Addressing the press briefing on Tuesday, Spokesperson at the Health Ministry Dr Bikash Devkota said test reports of all three have turned negative.
Two persons who died in Bir and one in Patan on Monday were suspected to have died of COVID-19. The hospitals had sent their samples to the National Public Health Laboratory for tests.
The man who died in Patan had chest problems while one of those who died in Bir suffered from diabetes and the other fever, according to the hospitals.
