The government will deploy 86 health personnel to watch over the Nepalis to be rescued from Wuhan.
A total of 86 health workers including those from the Nepal Army, Nepal Police, Armed Police Force, Red Cross, Health Ministry and those working in ambulance were trained at the National Health Training Center in Teku on Monday.
They were trained about their personal safety and what to do if any of the quarantined persons showed symptoms of coronavirus infection.
The crew of the airplane that will go to Wuhan to bring back the stranded Nepalis will also have to be trained.
The Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) has kept one of its wide-body plane ready to fly to Wuhan.
The government is making arrangements to quarantine the rescued persons clearing two buildings at the training center of Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) in Kharipati, Bhaktapur.
