Four members of an Indian family have been killed after being crushed by a column of empty sacs in Bhairahawa Wednesday night.
Sahazad Hussain, 30, of India who has been staying for around 15 years in Bhairahawa, his wife Sadhav Khatun, 26, their six-year-old son Sultan Raja and two-year-old daughter Saheena Raja were killed when the column of empty flour sacs fell on them during the night.
Inspector with Rupandehi Police Keshav Raj Gyawali said the four, who were living on rent at Gallamandi of Siddharthanagar municipality 6 were found dead Thursday morning. Gyawali told Setopati that they may have died when the column of empty flour sacs kept by the bedside in their room fell on them.
