Rape-accused Siddha Baba arrested from ICU

Kathmandu, Dec 2

Krishna Bahadur Giri, known as Siddha Baba, has been arrested from the intensive care unit (ICU) of hospital on charge of raping a disciple.

A team led by Spokesperson of Sunsari Police DSP Binod Sharma arrested Giri from Birat Nursing Home at around five Monday morning.

DSP Sharma said Giri is currently undergoing health checkup at the district hospital.

The police are preparing to produce him to the court to seek his custody.
