Prime Minister (PM) KP Sharma Oli has reached Grande Hospital for health checkup Sunday.
A Baluwatar source confirmed that PM Oli has gone for regular health checkup. He had undergone dialysis at the hospital last week. He had also undergone dialysis there twice on October 30 and 31.
He is believed to have gone to the hospital for dialysis even today.
PM Oli underwent plasmapheresis seven times in Singapore in August. Plasmapheresis is a term used to refer to a broad range of procedures through which blood components are filtered outside the body.
It is likely that the procedure was done on PM Oli, who had a kidney transplant 12 years ago, to remove antibodies for immunosuppression.
PM Oli is now said to be mulling another transplant as the transplanted kidney has stopped functioning and he needs regular dialysis.
