NTB asks those on expedition to scale mountains to stay safe

The Nepal Tourism Board has asked tourists in the mountains and on an expedition to scale mountains to stay safe in view of the prediction of snowfalls in the mountainous areas. "We request all agencies taking care of tourists on their visit to various areas of the country and on their expedition to ascend mountains to make sure they are safe keeping in view of an unfavorable weather condition," read a statement issued by the Board. The Department has also urged all to keep safe in view of rain coupled with wind across the country as predicted by the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology.
