Senior litterateur Gubhaju passes away

Senior litterateur of Nepal Bhasa, Astamuni Gubhaju, passed away while undergoing treatment at Ganeshman Memorial Hospital, Lalitpur. Suffering from heart and kidney problem, Gubhaju died on Monday. Last rites of Gubhaju were performed at Teku Dobhan of Kathmandu Tuesday. Also the former member secretary of Nepal Bhasa Parisad, Gubhaju is survived by wife and two sons. Dozens of books including 'Byakti Kriti: Pandit Badriratna', 'Harati Mata' are his creations. Buddhism scholar Rajendra Bajracharya said the Nepal Bhasa language and literature suffered irreparable loss in the demise of Gubhaju.
