International poetry meet in Chundi Ramgha from April 12

An international poetry symposium is to be organized at Chundi Ramgha, the birth place of the pioneer poet, Adikabi Bhanubhakta Acharya. Geetal Pratisthan Nepal and Natak Manch, Tanahun is going to organize the international poetry conference at Chundiramgha of Bhanu municipality-5 on April 12 on the occasion of the fifth Chhetra Pratap Adhikari Memorial Day. Manch Chairperson Akash Adhikari said that more than 60 litterateurs from within and outside the country would participate in the two-day conference. Participation of litterateurs from India, Bangladesh and Bhutan has been confirmed while coordination was underway with litterateurs of China and Japan for their participation, said Adhikari. He added that the poetry symposium is going to be organized with an objective of making the literary personality of Bhanubhakta Acharya known to the world, developing Chundi Ramgha as a literary tourism site and a language center.
