Sanitation campaign begins in Kalaiya

Minister for Physical Infrastructure Development of Province No. 2 Jitendra Sonal inaugurated a grand sanitation awareness campaign here on Saturday. Speaking at the event organized by the district-level water sanitation and hygiene campaign, Bara, Minister Sonal said the province government has announced a campaign to maintain cleanliness in the province, and urged people in the district to make this district-level program successful. He also emphasized on the need for mandatory construction of toilet under the 'one house one toilet' initiative of the province government. District Coordination Committee, Bara Coordinator Nawal Kishore Singh chaired the program. On the occasion, Minister Sonal also led a cleaning program held in various parts of the district headquarters, Kalaiya.
