2 killed, 18 injured in Dhanusha road accident

At least two people were killed injuring 18 others in a bus accident at Dhanusha on Wednesday morning. The ill-fated bus (Na 4 Kha 496) collided with truck (Na 6 Kha 9429) at Dhalkebar chowk of Dhanusha along East-West Highway, killing two people. 22-year-old Udesh Thakur of Motihari in India's Bihar and 50-year-old Shambhu Kala Devi Mandal of Chireshowrnath municipality of Dhanusha were identified as deceased, informed Area Police Office, Dhalkebar police inspector Saroj Rai. The injured passengers are being treated at different hospitals.
