Students fall sick en masse

Three dozens of students from the Janagagrit Basic School of Pritha Uttarnagan rural municipality-6 here have fallen sick en masse. The students all of sudden felt headache, dizziness and nausea while they were standing in line for morning prayer, said principal Chet Kumar Sen. Some of them faced such problems on Thursday, but 37 students showed such problems today, he added. The school located in the remote part of the district has no health facility in the distance nearby. There are a total of 279 students in the school. For the treatment, a team of health worker has left for the school from Hukam, said Tope Sen Thakuri, Chairman of Ward No 6 at Pritha Uttarnagan rural municipality.
