One dead, another injured in bus-tempo collision

A person died while another sustained injuries in a bus-tempo collision at Mircharya in Siraha along the East-West Highway Wednesday. The deceased has been identified as Birendra Shah, 27, of Mirchaiya Municipality-2 in the district. The injured one, whose identity was not ascertained yet, was receiving treatment at the local hospital, according to the Area Police Office, Mirchaiya. The incident took place when the school bus (Na 4 Kha 4904)heading toward west from east collided with the three-wheeler (Na 3 Cha 3420) coming from the opposite direction, said Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Sukadev Khanal.
