Two held with leopard hides

Police arrested two persons in possession of leopard hides from Kathmandu Metropolitan City-32, Jadibuti. Nepal Police Headquarters has confirmed that Indra Kumar Tamang, 16, and Raj Kumar Tamang, 17, hailing from Kavre Bhakundebesi were held with hides of spotted leopard on Wednesday. A police squad from Koteshwor-based Metropolitan Police Range arrested the Tamang duo with body parts of leopard in course of security screening. Police said that further investigation into the incident was underway.
