The blockage of the heart of former crown prince Paras Shah have been opened Norvic International Hospital in Thapathali. He is in stable but critical condition, according to the hospital.
Shah was brought to the hospital at 4:15 Monday afternoon after feeling difficulty while offering puja at Kopiteshwore Mahadev and Hiranyavarna Temple in Mangal Bazar Patan.
"A team led by head of the cardiology department at the hospital Dr Yadav Bhatta have open the blockage in his coronary artery and put stent. He is in stable but critical condition," a hospital source told Setopati.
This is the third heart attack for Shah who has led an indisciplined lifestyle.
