Two more police officials suspended

Two more police personnel involved in preliminary investigation of 13-year-old Nirmala Panta of Bhimdutta, Kanchanpur have been suspended. "Constable Chandani Saud, who washed the clothes of Nirmala Panta, and ASI Har Singh Dhami were suspended," informed Nepal Police Spokesperson SSP Shailesh Thapa Chhetri. The high-level probe committee formed by the government on August 23 had earlier decided to suspend six police personnel as per its recommendation. Among the suspended officials are SP Dilli Bista, DSP Gyan Bahadur Shetty, DSP Angur GC, inspector Jagadish Bhatta, Ekendra Khadka and police assistant Ram Singh Dhami.
