The Far-west and Mid-west regions of the country is expected to witness rainfall for few days more.
The Department of Hydrology and Meteorology said rainfall might occur in the western parts of the country since the monsoon has not fully faded out yet.
Director General at the Department Dr Rishiram Sharma said rainfall is still taking place in the western part of Nepal. “It has been raining in the western part and it will continue for few days more,” he said.
Some parts in the far-west and mid-west even faced inundation due to the rain. The Department has stated that this year saw more rainfall during the monsoon as compared to the previous years.
