Scooter rider dies in Nawalparasi road accident

A girl has died in a road accident that took place in Gaindakot along the East-West Highway last night. Anisha Rana Magar,26, of Gunjanagar-4, Chitwan died when the scooter (Na 41 Pa 2675) she was riding collided with another scooter (Na 18 Pa 1246) coming from the opposite direction. Seriously injured Rana Magar died during treatment at the new medical college hospital in Chitwan, according to District Police Office. Meanwhile, Dharbendra Prasad Gupta of Binaya Triveni rural municipality-7, who had been missing since September 14, has been found dead. Gupta was found dead on the banks of the Narayani river, police said. Further investigation into the cause of the death is underway.
