Assistance of over Rs 300,000 granted to school

Deepak Secondary School at Patlekhet of Beni municipality-10 has been provided assistance of more than Rs 300,000. The family members of Mana Prasad Sherchan, originally hailing from Patlekhet and currently living in the US, have provided the assistance, said school teacher Bishnu Dhungana. Moreover, Sandip Sherchan, son of Mana Prasad, now working at Nepal Electricity Authority, has provided two sets of laptops. Even the educational materials worth Rs 30,000 were provided to the school. In recognition to their assistance, the school honored the Sherchan family here Sunday.
