Elderly man arrested with marijuana

The police arrested an elderly man in possession of two kilograms illegal marijuana from Sakhuwanandarkatti rural municipality-5 in Siraha on Saturday evening. The arrestee Shovit Mandal, 66, of the village sells chatpate (a mix of potato, beans and salads) at Khayarwana Chowk, said the police, adding that investigations were on.
