Visiting Chinese students stress on increasing educational ties

A group of 23 students and two teachers has arrived here from Qingdao province of eastern China with the objective of establishing relations between schools of Nepal and China. The team also has the objective of observing the art, culture and tradition of Nepal, besides promoting educational ties between schools of the two countries. They had arrived here few days back and are currently visiting various places in Kathmandu. Ai Li, a teacher and a member of the visiting team, insisted on promoting educational relations between schools of Nepal and China. Felix, a student and a member of the team, said he found the Nepali students very friendly and helpful. The Chinese teachers and students will visit various schools and also teach art, painting, paper craft, among other skills, to Nepali students. They will at the same time learn about the teaching style, culture and traditions of Nepal.
