Fire destroys three houses including pharmacy in Bhediya Bazar

Property worth million of rupees was reduced to ashes when a fire started from a pharmacy here Wednesday morning later destroyed three houses at Bhediya Bazar of Surunga municipality-2 in Saptari. The fire erupted from the pharmacy operated by Anand Bishwakarma at around 5 am spread and destroyed other two houses of his neighbors and his own where the pharmacy was operated. The fire started from the medical shop engulfed houses of Hridaya Narayan Chaudhary and Shrawanlal BK as well. The police preliminary investigation is that it inflicted damages of around one million at the pharmacy alone. BK's neighbors lost property worth over one million in the fire. The fire was brought under control with the help of fire fighters, police and locals at around 6 am, the District Police Office Saptari said.
