One more dead in Mahottari storm

The strong storm that occurred in Mahottari district last night has claimed one more person. Superintendent of Police Kuber Kadayat said that Sakuntaladevi Singh, 30, of Jaleshwor municipality-7 died in the strong storm that took place at around 7:30 pm in the district. Singh, who was critically injured after the compound wall of her house crumbled, died at 9:30 pm on the way to hospital in Janakpur, Superintendent of Police Kadayat shared. Earlier, a pedestrian was killed when a strong wind brought a tree crashing down at Bhangaha municipality-5 in Mahottari district. His identity is not confirmed yet.
