Repeated CDO transfer causing problems

The Chief District Officer of the district is being changed every year, causing problems to day-to-day administration activities. Since the change in the government, then CDO Dr Krishna Bahadur Ghimire was transferred on March 2 and was replaced by CDO Dhan Prasad Poudel, who served until September 17, 2017. Then Laxmi Prasad Sapkota was appointed the CDO of the district, who was transferred on January 29, 2018. Sapkota was followed by Netra Prasad Sharma, who was also transferred last Friday to Parsa. Repeated change in the leadership of the district administration office is hampering public service delivery, including the work of the development of citizenship certificate, the locals complain.
