Chairman of CPN-UML KP Sharma Oli is congratulating the winning candidates of the left alliance via Twitter.
Oli has expressed his warm wishes to the winning candidates, even Maoist candidates, in the elections to the House of Representatives and State Assemblies for their successful tenure via Twitter. Candidates' photos are also being tweeted from Oli's Twitter account.
Is Oli personally congratulating the winning candidates?
Prem Guragain, who is handling the social networking sites of CPN-UML, is tweeting the graphic photos of winning candidates along with Oli's signature. UML had used the graphic designs during the preparation of the election publicity materials.
"We've friends who work on graphics," Guragain said, "We are sharing the photos on party's official Facebook page and the chairman's official Twitter account."
Rajesh Bajracharya, Oli's aide, said that they are eagerly watching the election results. "Chairman Oli is now in a meeting at the party office," Bajracharya said, "He is closely observing the poll results."
As the poll results are being announced, UML has emerged victorious in four seats of House of Representatives.
