Former Speaker casts vote in Rolpa

Former Speaker Onsari Gharti Magar cast her vote from Madicharu polling station in Rolpa Municipality-7 at 7:20 am today. Likewise, former Finance Minister and CPN (Maoist Center) leader Barsha Man Pun also exercised his franchise from the same polling station. Deputy Prime Minister Krishna Bahadur Mahara, who is registered to vote for Rolpa Municipality-1, was absent from voting, however, as he is in Dang for an election campaign, it has been learnt. The voting is going on in the district peacefully as a tight security has been managed, said the security personnel.
