'NC's victory in election must for constitution institutionalization'

Nepali Congress leader Prakash Man Singh has said that the victory of the Nepali Congress was a must to institutionalize the new constitution. Addressing the election gatherings organized at Ghattekulo and Dillibazaar Wednesday, Singh, who is contesting the election of the House of Representatives from Kathmandu-1, urged all voters to make the party victorious for the successful implementation of the constitution. Saying they have found general voters positive toward the NC, he expressed commitment to involve in the economic development of the country. Singh said, "I have completed the responsibility of promulgating the constitution. Now give me an opportunity to fulfill the responsibility of taking the country toward prosperity."
