Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba, CPN-UML Chairman KP Oli and senior UML leader Madhav Kumar Nepal reached Pushpa Kamal’s Dahal residence in Lazimpat almost simulataneously Monday to express condolences over the death of Dahal’s only son Prakash on Sunday.
The three top leaders, who were oustide Kathmandu Valley like Dahal was when Prakash died, reached his residence on Monday to express condolences.
Oli first reached Lazmpat along with his wife Radhika Shakya and stayed for almost 45 minutes while Nepal reached a little later. PM Deuba also reached Dahal’s residence before the two leaders had left meaning the three top leaders were together in a single room with Dahal.
A photo released by Dahal’s secretariat shows the three leaders seated together in a single sofa, and Dahal’s wife Sita and Oli’s wife Radhika together in another with Dahal seated in a single sofa facing the ladies.
