The left alliance and democratic alliance have postponed all the election publicity campaigns in Chitwan after the demise of CPN (Maoist Center) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal's son Prakash Dahal.
The CPN (Maoist Center) has informed that all the election programs have been postponed in three constituency areas of Chitwan district.
Forest Minister Bikram Pandey, who is contesting the election for House of Representatives from Chitwan constituency-3 along with Dahal, has also stalled all the election programs for today.
Prakash Dahal passed away Sunday morning due to cardiac arrest. He was brought to the Norvic Hospital at Thapathali in an unconscious state at 4 am.
However, the formal announcement of his death is yet to be made.
