PM Deuba to address election gatherings in Darchula, Baitadi

Prime Minister and Nepali Congress (NC) President Sher Bahadur Deuba is scheduled to address three election gatherings in Baitadi Friday. Deuba is addressing the election gatherings organized by the joint democratic alliance of Nepali Congress and Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP). NC Baitadi district secretary Bir Bahadur Bishta confirmed that Deuba along with NC central member Dila Sangraula will address the election gathering at Purchaudi Hat at 1 pm, Patan at 2 pm and Melauli at 3 pm. He is coming here to make people informed about the relevance of the democratic alliance, Bishta added. Likewise, in Darchula, the Prime Minister was set to address the election gathering at Khalanga at 10 am and will address similar election program in Latinath at 12 noon today. The security situation has been beefed up in Baitadi and Darchula in view of the Prime Minister's visits.
