Unified RPP (Nationalist) for directly elected PM: Lohani

Chairman of the Unified Rastriya Prajatantra Party (Nationalist) Prakash Chandra Lohani has called for directly elected prime ministerial system along with monarchy as head of the state to end political sharing in constitutional bodies. Speaking at a news conference organized here Thursday, Lohani stressed the need of declaring Nepal as a Vedic Sanatan Hindu nation as different destructive activities are being carried out in the name of secularism. Responding a query, he expressed the view that Communists are in the game to impose the concept of totalitarianism. Lohani said that his party would develop Janakpur as Greater Mithila Cultural and International Sanatan Religious Spiritual Center.
