Minister pledges to address issues of homeless

Urban Development Mohammed Istiyak Rai has pledged to address the issues of homeless by formulating a separate act. In his address to an inaugural ceremony of the 11th AGM of Rastriya Awas Company Limited (housing company) here Monday, he gave his words for the management of homeless people through the formulation of a separate act. Secretary at the Ministry ( Urban Development), Dipendra Nath Sharma, said the constitution has guaranteed the right to shelter to all citizens, urging the Company to fulfill its responsibility toward that end as well. On the occasion, company employee Sushil Sherma was honored for successfully climbing the world's highest peak, Mount Everest.
