Ethnic communities urge Dahal to review public holidays

A delegation of various indigenous and ethnic organizations has urged CPN (Maoist Center) chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal to review the public holidays that were recently scrapped by the government. The government has reduced the public holidays this year. Responding the concern of delegates, Dahal committed to initiate a review of the scrapped holidays. Dahal also said that the government should have talked with concerned sides before deducting the public holidays.
