President Bhandari to address joint meeting of parliament on March 29

President Bidhya Devi Bhandari will address the joint meeting of House of Representatives (HoR) and National Assembly on March 29. The Cabinet meeting at the prime minister's official residence in Baluwatar on Monday has decided the date for address of president at the joint parliament. That will be the first address of president after the election of new parliament. The Cabinet meeting also decided to appoint Kundan Aryal as press advisor to PM KP Sharma Oli, and Achyut Mainali public relations advisor, according to Minister of State for Information and Communication Gokul Baskota.
