Parajuli meets President Bhandari

'Sacked' Chief Justice (CJ) Gopal Parajuli has met President Bidhya Devi Bhandari on Thursday. Parajuli had reached the President's Office at 8:45 in the morning. He left Sheetal Niwas at around 9:30 in the morning after talking with President Bhandari for around half an hour. What the two discussed has yet to be revealed. Parajuli was relieved of duty on the issue of age dispute by Secretary of the Judicial Council Nripa Dhwaj Niraula on Wednesday. Parajuli has not gone to the Supreme Court (SC) after his 'sacking.' Senior-most justice Deepak Raj Joshi has set up benches at the SC as acting CJ on Thursday.
