Jamarkattel, Sthapit inducted in Province 3 Cabinet

Chief Minister (CM) of Province 3 Dor Mani Paudel has inducted Shalik Ram Jamarkattel of CPN (Maoist Center) and Keshav Sthapit of CPN-UML in the Cabinet on Monday. Jamarkattel has been appointed internal affairs and law minister, and Sthapit physical infrastructure development minister. Both the ministers were sworn in on Monday. Jamarkattel was a Maoist trade union leader and was elected to the first Constituent Assembly from Dhading in 2008. Sthapit is a former mayor of Kathmandu Metropolitan City. Paudel also assumed office on Monday.
