Ghimire appointed as non-resident Ambassador to Belarus

President Bidya Devi Bhandari has Friday appointed Ambassador Rishi Ram Ghimire as the non-resident Ambassador to Belarus. He is the ambassador to Russia. Bhandari appointed Ghimire as the non-resident ambassador to Belarus on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers and in accordance with Article 282 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal, according to the Office of the President.
