Will work for education and health: Minister Pokharel

Minister without portfolio and MP-elect from Mahottari-1 Giriraj Mani Pokharel has expressed the commitment to work throughout his life for the prosperity and advancement of the country. Speaking at a press meet held here on Sunday evening, the CPN (Maoist Center) leader also pledged to dedicate for implementation of the constitution and to make it widely acceptable. He also said that he would strive to increase the access of the people of Mahottari to education, health and other infrastructure. Also a former education minister, he said moral education should be included in the school curriculum. Commenting on the latest political development, Pokharel expressed the view that the Prime Minister should take the initiative to amend the national assembly ordinance after taking the political parties into confidence.
