'NA formation essential to complete federal parliament'

The Federal Socialist Forum-Nepal Co-chair Rajendra Shrestha has said that the federal parliament cannot get full shape without formation of the National Assembly as per the constitution. Speaking at the party's extended gathering organized by the party here Sunday, he said the single-transferable voting system is a part of the proportional representation (PR) election system. On a different note, he said that challenges before the party have increased following the federal and provincial elections and that the movement of identity had now taken a new form which will see struggles in favor of Madhesi, Limbuwan, Tharuhat and Newar identities.
