UML continues to lead vote counts in PR

CPN-UML has continued to lead the vote counts of Proportional Representation (PR) electoral category of the parliamentary elections held on November 26 and December 7. According to the information provided by the Election Commission's Information System Management Section, CPN-UML has gathered 2,555,545 votes, Nepali Congress 2,458,794 and CPN (Maoist Center) 1,004,828. Likewise, Federal Socialist Forum-Nepal has so far obtained 344,259 votes followed by Rastriya Janata Party Nepal with 284,134, Rastriya Prajatantra Party with 167,535 and Bibeksheel-Sajha Party with 167,132 votes.
