UML's Leela Nath wins in Siraha-3

CPN-UML candidate Leela Nath Shrestha, who lost to the then Maoist Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal in the Constituent Assembly Election 2013 from Siraha-5, has won a House of Representative seat from Siraha-3. Shrestha defeated his rival candidate of Federal Socialist Forum-Nepal Asheshwor Yadav by 2052 votes. Shrestha garnered 23,272 votes whereas his rival contestant Yadav secured 21,220 votes.
