Biwaskarma wins in Bara 4(A)

CPN-UML candidate Sundar Bahadur Biswakarma has been elected to the provincial assembly seat 'A' from constituency no. 4 of Bara district with 11,770 votes. His nearest contender was NC candidate Om Krishna Karki who secured 8,323 votes, according to the returning officer Prakash Kharel.
