Prakash Man Singh opens NC account in federal parliament

Prakash Man Singh has won from Kathmandu-1 to open the account for Nepali Congress (NC) in the federal parliament. He defeated co-convenor of Bibeksheel Sajha Party Rabindra Mishra by over 800 votes. He secured 10,936 votes while Mishra managed just 10,217. The Election Commission (EC), however, has yet to formally declare the result.
