Rasuwa Police seizes 17 kg of smuggled gold

Rasuwa Police on Saturday has seized 17 kilograms of gold smuggled from Kerung, China. DSP with Rasuwa Police Sharat Kumar Thapa said the gold was hidden in a jeep. Driver of the jeep (Ba 11 Cha 7918) Kasang Dawa Tamang has been arrested along with the gold. DSP Thapa said owner of the smuggled gold has yet to be revealed and the police are investigating further about the owner.
